I’ve supervised a vast stream of work ranging from conceptual design projects to creative campaigns. I work with creative directors, fellow designers, programmers, artists, and writers to produce work for my client’s projects. I’m also self-sufficient and able to work autonomously.

I develop strategic plans, resource allocation, and production methods for every project. I use my knowledge of; design concepts and techniques, project management, and marketing to achieve goals and deliver value to the client. I manage timelines, budgets, and direct communication with my clients. I know how to speak with talent, tech, and client to develop creative thought processes, extract ideas, and convey the possibilities and limitations of various media formats. 

Whatever it takes to do it right

Getting the most from your team should be expected. I am big on frequent communication, and make sure that all information is understood. I quickly generate iterations of concepts to drive toward the big idea. I’m firm on deadlines and staying on-task. I empower others to do their best work by sharing the sense of ownership in the work.

For me, creative work is a contribution to a whole project, not an individual piece. I have an inclusive nature and invite others to see the whole picture, and ask questions, while also keeping the decision making process streamlined to ensure quick, accurate actions. 

I believe our work is a pleasure. Every contributor is valued, and everyone is given room to be expressed. I take responsibility for my decisions. I support and defend the best ideas, regardless of their author.
