Getting the most from your team should be expected. I am big on communication, and make sure that everything important is understood. I quickly generate visual concepts that drive toward the big idea. I am firm on deadlines and staying on-task. I empower others to do their best work, and share ownership in the work.

For me, creative work is a contribution to a larger, whole project. I have an inclusive nature and invite others to see the whole picture, and ask questions, while also keeping the decision making process streamlined to ensure fluid response with action.

My formal education is a BFA in Graphic Design. With 10 years of visual communication experience as my foundation I have expanded into directing and producing video. My style engages minds and hearts through the magic of telling stories.
